Participants receive a T-shirt with the Velo Hora logo and numbered wristbands, which allow them to participate in a lottery with prizes of new bicycles from sponsors. All participants finish at the Great National Assembly Square, where they are greeted by pop stars and other celebrities.

Other highlights of the event include stunt riding, including the opportunity to show off one’s skills in a competition of various tricks. This competition is judged by the winners of international competitions held in Russia and Ukraine.

In addition to being a fantastic way of getting around town, a bike offers an excellent way to tour the city.
