The area is very green mostly representing old architecture of XVIII and XIX century. In just few minutes walk you'll get to the main boulevard Stefan cel Mare from were you can easily find any interested location in the center or catch a taxi and move to another part of the town. Along the Boulevard Stefan cel Mare there many souvenir shops, fancy boutiques, very nice cafes and restaurants, were you can enjoy national and European dishes.

Late check out policy:

Please advise if you intend to stay longer, for busy seasons it might entail some additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

For booking confirmation a 20% deposit is required - at least 100 euro, which will be return to customer at the check out. in busy seasons cancellation is possible at least 3 days before check in. If later one night stay penalty is applied.

For daily rent all charges and taxes are included
* With the exception of the use of air conditioning and electrical heating additional 5€ per day
* With the exception of international & cell phone calls

Room service and clean towels and bed linen every 4-5th day (applied for daily rent only).
Parking spot near the building is reserved and free, secured parking for extra charge is at 300m
distance. Transfer from the airport is provided or reimbursement of taxi service is guaranteed (for daily rent only if minimum stay 4 days or more and full payment made).  In other cases 10€.
