Apartment Cel Mare

This is a very nice one bedroom apartment, located in the heart of  Moldova's capital-city Chisinau. It's suitable for business or leisure guests travelling alone or with their families. Their are five total sleeping places as there is a big sofa in the living room and a small corner bed.

You'll have everything you need in this apartment as it's fully-equipped with all the main housing supplies, furniture and other useful tools.

This apartment was recently renovated and furnished, offering air conditioner, electric heater, TV (satelite) , DVD/VHS player, HI-FI,  washing mashine, hair dryer, alarm clock, phone (with fax/scanner/copyer), iron, microwave with grill, fridge with a big separate freezer, and an electric oven. Wireless access to the Internet is free of charge.

All the pillows and matresses are allergy-free, there are clean linens and towels, changed regularly.

Late check out policy:

Please advise if you intend to stay longer, for busy seasons it might entail some additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

For booking confirmation a 20% deposit is required - at least 100 euro, which will be return to customer at the check out. in busy seasons cancellation is possible at least 3 days before check in. If later one night stay penalty is applied.

Other disclosures:
For daily rent all charges and taxes are included
-With the exception of the use of air conditioning and electrical heating additional 5€ per day
-With the exception of international & cell phone calls

Room service and clean towels and bed linen every 4-5th day (applied for daily rent only).
Parking spot near the building is reserved and free, secured parking for extra charge is at 300m distance. Transfer from the airport is provided or reimbursement of taxi service is guaranteed (for daily rent only if minimum stay 4 days or more and full payment made).  In other cases 10€.
